Cancellation Policy

At Simple Marriages, our free consultation is designed to help you explore your options and see if we’re the right fit for your special day. No obligation: The consultation is completely free, and you are not required to book a package afterward. Length of session: Each consultation lasts about 15–20 minutes, either by phone or video call. One session per couple: To keep availability open, each couple may book one free consultation. Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours before your appointment. No-shows: Missed consultations without notice may not be eligible for another free session. Next steps: If you decide to move forward, we’ll guide you through choosing your package and completing the booking process. We’re here to make planning your ceremony simple, stress-free, and memorable.
